D’Youville Spartans Men’s Ice Hockey

The D’Youville College Men’s Ice Hockey Team is a club program established in the spring of 2010 by students with a passion for the sport.  The team operates as part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Hockey, competing against American Collegiate Hockey Association Atlantic Division III and Division I teams.  The Spartans Hockey Team is approved by the U.S.A. Hockey program, D’Youville College and the D’Youville College Student Association.

The Spartans play a 20+ game schedule from September until February, with home games held at Bud Bakewell Arena, located at Buffalo’s Riverside Park.  The team welcomes all full-time D’Youville College undergraduate and graduate students who have played hockey at any level, as well as anyone with an interest for the game to get involved with this exciting sport.  From playing on the team, to serving as an off-ice official for home games, to other support roles such as team manager to treasurer, there are many ways for you to be a part of Spartans Hockey.
