Wellness at D’Youville: Mind, Body, and Spirit

As I mentioned previously, I am now in my fourth year of college, which means my life is busier than ever! With all of the classes to attend, papers to write, and clinicals to go to (along with commitments outside of school), I find it too easy to get overwhelmed with my ever-growing to-do list. So this year on the first day of spring, I grabbed a few friends and ventured around campus to see what treasures we could find! Here are my top five favorite sites for treats this year with some very close runner-ups. Keep in mind a few of the places had been vanquished by hungry students before I even had a chance to get to them! Continue reading
